Wish List 2009 [21 Dec 2009|11:45pm] bluebanter12 [ mood | tired ] [ music | Super Junior ~ Sorry, Sorry ] Okay... 2009 has clearly out-sucked 2008. Ask any number of people and I'm sure they'll agree. This year has been majorly horrible in so many inconceivable aspects. That said, and this is me trying to get into the Christmas spirit... My Christmas Wishlist 1. Lomo cameras and Film - I dunno, I've said before that this is one heck of an expensive hobby (because of the film part) but there are some cool photos to be had! And besides, I've always loved the concept of taking pictures of the ordinary and having them come out as awesome. 2. Nokia 1662 or Nokia 2323 + Sun sim - I need a Sun! I've finally realized that I need some sort of "business phone" to segregate contacts and to make things easier for me, even if it means carrying around 2 phones. 3. Recipe books - most especially for cupcakes, pies and cookies :-) 4. Cake decorating classes - and while we're at it... 5. Getting out of corporate - so that I can actually have time for the things I like doing. Haha and this really should be way up there when it comes to wishes. 6. GCs, The Purple Card, Ayala EGCs - what can I say? I'm a girl. All else fails, it's still shopping that I'd turn to. Okay, I'm ending this before that list devolves any further. I know all too well that material things can only bring temporary thrills. Happiness is something I have to keep working on. And besides, God knows what I really want this Christmas... 1 bleep|whatcha think? ♥

Hay... [20 Dec 2009|11:46pm] bluebanter12 [ mood | confused ] [ music | Glee ~ My Life Would Such Without You ] - 3 days! 3 days to put together my project! Dear Lord, please help me out. I really need things to fall through for this project now. Let's start with a DTI approval tomorrow. Ugh... everyone is winding down while I'm still in panic mode. No wonder everyone gets fat with this job. - Need exercise? Walk to 2 grocery stores in an hour! I had to bake some cupcakes yesterday but I was missing a couple of ingredients. Driver was out sick so I decided to walk to Metro by myself. I bought butter, cream cheese... but no powdered sugar! So I took a tricycle to the other side of New Manila to go to Save More. Once my missing ingredients were no longer missing, I walked all the way back to my house. Suffice to say that it's the most exercise I've gotten since going back to corporate. - I bought my planner for 2010. :) I was able to finally stop by Fully Booked before meeting up with Logkada last night. The planner is called Navi 2010 and it's centralized on travel. It has coupons inside also! It's like Belle De Jour before it got too fat and commercialized. It's just the thing to make me start jotting down stuff again. - Watched Avatar with Logkada last night. I know I'm in the minority here but that movie is so unintentionally HILARIOUS! It's visually stunning of course, but the plot and the characters and the dialogue... HAHAHAHA! I'm sure Svet and I annoyed a lot of people because we'd burst out laughing at the most inopportune scenes. A lot of it was so awkward and random! I'm sorry James Cameron. It's an okay movie but there's no way I'd fawn all over it. - Found inspiration yet again for another drawing. Let's see if I can make good with that. - Missed calls? One-liners? No explanations? *sigh* Am I not supposed to know the reasons for all this? :( whatcha think? ♥

To do: - DTI application and seeding (that takes 2 separate days already) - ALL COLLATERALS (I HAVE NO ARTWORK!) - promo briefing for all stores So, if I live to see 2010, that in itself will be a Christmas miracle. whatcha think? ♥
